For 35 years, Davies, Barrell, Will, Lewellyn & Edwards, PLC has maintained a highly respected administrative, civil trial and appellate practice in Virginia in which we represent clients at every level of the municipal, state, administrative, and federal court systems.

One of our partners served in the state legislature; we donate to a community food closet, participate in Relay for Life, offer elderly finance management, and serve on hospital boards and as United Way chairs. One former partner was instrumental in forming The S.A.F.E. House to provide services for families.
